Liners for FIBCs & Octabins

Ünsa offers form-shaped liners made of LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE, EVOH, PA, Conductive, Aluminum and Aluminum Conductive laminated films to protect the quality and the properties of the bulk material. Ünsa conductive form-shaped liners are made of food approved (white inside) co-ex conductive material. For aluminum laminated form-shaped liners, Ünsa uses various aluminum compounds depending on the specific needs of the customer. Form-shaped liners substantially improve the filling, discharging, handling and stability of the outer package.

Types of Standard Form-shaped Liners

Valve Sealing System

Welding a one-way degassing valve onto the liner enables gasses, steam, and vapors to escape, while preventing outside air from entering the liner.

Ünsa Delta Liners (Formstable Liners)

FIBCs with the square or rectangular shaped patented PE Delta Liner provide an effective utilization of space for storage and transport.

Ünsa Barrier Liners

The Ünsa Barrier Liners protect the packaged goods from the environment in order to maintain the chemical and physical properties of the product and to ensure protection against oxidation, moisture ingress and loss of aroma. It also protects the environment from the packaged goods.

Characteristics of Ünsa Delta Liners

  1. Increase the filling volume between 15 - 20 % compared to a standard FIBC.
  2. Utilization of space for storage and transport
  3. Extra stability
  4. Suitability for automated warehouse systems
  5. 115 x 115 cm for square (filled size)
  6. 100 x 120 cm for rectangular (filled size)
